Our Return and Exchange Policy
It's important that you inspect your items as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
If you are not happy with an item, you must return it to us in its original condition (the condition in which it was sold with the hang tag attached) and original packaging no later than 15 days from the day the item was received by you.
Items that cannot be returned
In the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned to us unless the item is faulty such as ladies fishnets
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on bank processing timeframes when applicable.
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account then call your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace items only if size is not correct or item is defected, subject to stock availability. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
To return and/ or exchange your product, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a proof of purchase and the items you wish to return specifying the reason of the return (we need this information for our continual service improvement analysis).
